These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Certiplex, including BizOptify and other digital services. Certiplex is operated in the State of California. By purchasing any services from Certiplex, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Certiplex provides digital services including, but not limited to:• Outreach and appointment-setting services (BizOptify)
• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing services
Certiplex’s role is to create opportunities, provide digital deliverables, and support client growth efforts. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance before services begin.Due to the nature of digital services, outreach efforts, and time-based work, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided once payment has been processed unless otherwise stated.
Introductory or promotional offers may be limited to one per business.
3. BizOptify Outreach Services
BizOptify provides outreach services designed to connect clients with businesses that may be open to discussing their services.• Certiplex conducts outbound outreach within the client’s target market
• A “qualified appointment” refers to a conversation opportunity with a decision-maker who indicated they were open to receiving a quote or learning more at the time of contact
• Certiplex does not guarantee sales, clients, contracts, revenue, or business outcomes
• Results may vary depending on the client’s services, pricing, follow-up, and market conditions
4. Appointment Replacement Policy
Certiplex may offer replacements for appointments that do not meet the qualification definition.• Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe
• Certiplex reserves the right to review and verify each request
• Certiplex may contact the prospect directly to confirm details
Appointments will not be replaced based on:
• Failure to close
• Pricing objections
• Existing vendor relationships
• Delayed or lack of client follow-up
• General dissatisfaction with outcome
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to prospects in a timely manner
• Attend scheduled conversations
• Conduct themselves professionally
• Follow up appropriately
Certiplex is not responsible for missed opportunities due to client inaction or delays.
6. Website Design, Development, and SEO Services
Certiplex may provide website and marketing services including design, development, and optimization.• All work is considered approved unless written notice is provided within 7 days of delivery
• After approval, work is considered final
• Reasonable revisions may be included; additional work outside scope may incur extra charges
Certiplex does not guarantee:
• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic
• Lead generation
• Business results
Results from SEO and marketing services may vary and are not guaranteed.
7. Service Limitations
Certiplex does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.Certiplex is not responsible for issues caused by:
• Third-party platforms
• Hosting providers
• Internet outages
• External services beyond its control
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certiplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
9. No Guarantee of Exclusivity
Certiplex may provide services to multiple clients within similar industries or geographic areas.No exclusivity is guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
10. Use of Provided Information
All prospect and service-related information provided is for the client’s internal business use only.Clients may not resell, redistribute, or misuse provided information.
